I'm Sarah and I have strugled with weight my entire life. At my highest weight I had managed to get myself up to 260 pounds. It was at that point that I finally made a change. It started out slow and has been a long insane life altering journey. As of today I have lost 126 pounds! I have completed Insanity and several diff workout regimes as I try new things. I have gotten really into running and I am currently getting ready to start training soon for my first half marathon! I am passionate about my healthy lifestyle and I am eager to share what I know and what I have been through with all of you. I know its hard, and I know it can seem impossible but I also know it can be done. I promise you are stronger than you think you are!
